Trimming the Tree

I love Christmas time. We have quite an assortment of ornaments.
No matchey matchey tree for us, ours range from Scooby Doo to
Star Wars, sports, to traditional, but...my favorite ornaments are the ones
my children have made. I look forward to seeing them every year,
even the reindeer made from milkbone dog biscuits that Jackson
made in preschool. ha.

Madrigal Feaste

Madrigal Feaste is a very special event that the 6th graders
put on at Austin's school every year. The kids practice their
performance for months. They sing and play their recorders.
The guests are treated to Wassail and bread pudding as they
enjoy the festivities complete with the queen and court jester.

New School

Since we moved the middle of last school year,
Jackson needed to move to his new school close
to our house for 1st grade. He had his first grade evaluation today. We will miss
Westside, but look forward to a great year at Stagecoach.

Jackson is 7!!

I can't believe my baby boy is 7 today! He got to
chose what he wanted for dinner and of course he
chose his favorite----Chinese! He loves Sesame
Chicken.
The boys each got a new Gameboy for Jackson's
Birthday. Jackson had asked to upgrade his, and
Austin's broke awhile back, so we got him one too.
He was excited he doesn't have to wait until his birthday
to get a new one.

British Challenger Soccer Camp

This week Jackson attended British Soccer Camp. The coaches
were from Scotland, England, Liverpool and Wales. J always has a wonderful
time at Soccer camp, and is always exhausted by the end of the week. 3 hours
a day of soccer would tire anyone out! He works so hard, but when he is finished
he is almost too tired to walk!

The action. The kids are divided into teams by country
