Jackson's Awards

Jackson received the Creative Writing award (must be
following in his brother's footsteps) and the good manners
award at the Kindergarten awards ceremony. He wrote two
little books that he titled "Haunted One" and "Haunted
Two". His teacher told him they were excellent and
took him to read them to the First Graders. He said
"I am the author and the illustrator".

Austin's Awards

Austin receives a Principal's Pin from Mr. Meharg
for his good grades at the year end awards ceremony.

Getting the citizenship award for outstanding behavior
all year!

We're Bored....

Jackson and Sam miss Dad and Austin while they are at Space
Camp. We actually had fun this weekend. We ate pizza on Friday night with
Grandma, Bill, and Courtney. We had a soccer game Saturday morning
then we went shopping and bought some snacks so we could have a fun movie
night. The only problem was, we went to our neighborhood Chinese Restaurant
because it's Jackson's favorite (he loves sesame chicken) and we ate so much
we weren't hungry for our movie snacks.

Last Game of the Season

Spring Soccer wrapped up on Saturday morning. Jackson led
the Geckos to another win with his 4 goals. They
have had a good season, winning most of their games. Jackson
hates to lose and is fiercely competitive. I really don't know where
he gets that.

This little ball has been with J through 3 years of soccer now! He will still use
a size 3 next year, so you'll be seeing it again.

These little feet are very fast. I wouldn't want them
after my ball!

Jackson takes a sick day

My little Jacky got to have a sick day. He wasn't feeling well, so he got to stay home with Mommy. I have to say, I hate that he was feeling bad, but I loved having him home. It was like old times!

We are painters!

We finally finished painting Austin's room. When we bought the house his room had flowers stenciled on the walls. I was going to go for a lighter blue, but he went with me to Home Depot and chose this color blue. It is Behr Mesmerize. I think he chose well.
Now, to get his room decorated!
